Professor Musin has been teaching civil law and legal issues of
foreign trade of over 40 years. He has also been invited as visiting Professor
to Stetson University College of Law (St.Petersburg,
Florida, USA, 1990) to Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland State
University, (Cleveland, Ohio, USA, 1992, 1993 and 1998), also to Haas School of
Business, University of Berkeley, (California, USA – 1996) to the
University of Tromsø (Norway – 2006),
and the Hague Academy of International Law (2009).
As Senior
Partner of the Russian –British law firm “Musin
and Partners” he has experience of rendering legal services to major
international projects in St.Petersburg, Russia,
including those having the involvement of EBRD and OPIC.
He is a frequent
lecturer to legal practitioners and businessmen both in
